"Dustin's Place" is named after my son with Down Syndrome whom has always had an interest in horses, but had finally found his true love and guardian angel in a little old Grey Shetland, named Nemo.
Brecht Stables & Dustin's Place is now located in Alpharetta, GA. in north Fulton county.

Summer Camp

Brecht Stables & Dustin’s Place is offering their first summer camp in 2010!

The summer camp for our Therapeutic Riding kids will include arts and crafts, music therapy,  water play and water balloon toss, horse finger painting and of course grooming and horse back riding. The ratio of volunteers to children will be very low and we will offer two session if we need to in order to keep the ratio as close to one-to-one as we can.

Summer camp for our other kids will be just as fun with arts and crafts, and learning the parts of the horses, the tack and also riding. If there is a need, we will offer more then one camp session.

There will be at least one camp director that is certified CPR/First Aid as well as a certified NARHA Therapeutic Riding Instructor.

Please take a look at our summer camp packets and make sure that you completely fill one out if you are interested in bring your child for camp. No child will be allowed without a completely filled out camp packet. Payment is due at time of sign up.

Our new barn is located across the street from 8275 Little Mill Rd Cumming, GA 30041. Large red barn!
